I had a lovely stay overall, with great cleanliness and a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was varied and delicious, but the smoking policy really detracted from my experience. The location was quiet and central, making it easy to explore the city, but I did experience some issues with heating during my first night.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the heart of Arad. The service was friendly and responsive, especially when we raised concerns about the heating issue. However, our experience was less than ideal due to the smoke-filled restaurant and the cold temperatures in the beginning. Overall, I believe it offers good value for money, but there's room for improvement.
